Prep your skin with a foundation all over and a concealer under your eyes to hide dark spots. Dust the apples of your cheeks with a bright pink blush and carry a translucent powder to touch up if you start to get a bit of shine. An all over bronze will look great with this look so consider using a self-tanner for a touch of color.

Fill in your eyebrows with a brow pencil or a brow pencil and create an intense arch. Use a primer on your eyelids and then use a matte beige shade from your crease up to your brow bone. Next, sweep your eyelid with a light shimmery tan eyeshadow. Use a flat brush to apply a pale burgundy shade along your lower lashline.

Use a black eyeliner along your waterline. Be careful not to smudge it along your lashline. This is a very clean look. Use a black liquid liner or a gel liner along your upper lashline and coat both your upper and lower lashes with mascara. If you want more intense lashes you can add a pair of false lashes.
